Knowledge agents

Microlabs are open spaces in which participants share and exchange ideas drawn from their diverse disciplines and interests. Untethered by disciplinary boundaries, participants infect each other with unexpected ideas, dismantling barriers and exposing unexplored pathways to new knowledge.

In this interdisciplinary network, participants transmute as knowledge agents, their influence threading through a project in multifarious and unexpected ways. An initial spark ignited by the presence of a guest research associate leads to commissioned essays, podcasts, stakeholder discussions and an exhibition project. This unfolding contributes to the reiterative feedback and co-creation of new knowledge and practice that transpires in the space of discourse. And so, value manifests.
